January 2021 Stats Coronovirus-19 Year

Waist 48.5

Thigh (L) 25.5
Calf (L) 18.5

 Goals:
 1. Reduce sugar and processed foods until they are mostly eliminated.  
 2. Walk 2 miles a day, increasing speed gradually
 3. Give 65 per week to church
 4. Read Bible daily - Bible Project plan
 5. Develop (seek the Lord for) a heart for repentance and obedience Mark 12:30-31  And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.  The second is this:  You shall love our neighbor as yourself.  There is no other commandment greater than these.

How to:

1.  Stay away from processed foods as much as possible.  Eat out 1x per week.
2.  Walk Rowdie after work or at lunchtime.
3.  Just do it.
4.  First thing in the morning for Bible reading.
5.  Repentance/obedience- Seek the Lord to help me to repent of my sin and turn to him for willingness to be obedient.  I want to love the Lord my God with all my heart, and all my soul and all my strength and love others.    Really, I just want the Lord to be my ONLY god.  I have so many little gods that get in the way.  Hanging on to this one for 2nd year.


Since last year, I've lost about a pound. I've stayed close to the same with measurements.
