Goals:
1. Keto/ carbs at or below 50
2. Walk 1 mile a day, increasing after that becomes easy
3. Give 65 per week to HBC
4. Read Bible daily - chronological Bible
5. Develop (seek the Lord for) a heart for stewardship
How to:
1. Keto - plan meals. Don't be too complicated. I will not count veggies in the carbs at first. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible.
2. Walk Rowdie after work.
3. Just do it.
4. Evenings right after supper if Joe will join in, other wise, first thing in the morning.
5. Stewardship - First before anything, check to Harvest. No charging of anything. Use cash for groceries, gas and eating out. Pay down bills and when the work 401k loan is done, use it to really mash hard on the bills. Do not let bills go unpaid. No bank fees in 2018. Be accountable to small group, update 1x a month.
Since last year, I've lost 11.2 lbs, and 9 inches.
