lost 8.75" and 13.6 lbs since January
Changed from no flour/sugar to Keto (low carb/med protein/high fat). I am not walking regularly - will work on that again. Better about giving money @ church. Fair at Bible reading but not consistent. Still working on generosity - changed to stewardship and generosity. Overall, moving forward, not backward.
