Goals:
1. Keto/Lazy/Dirty carbs at or below 50
2. Walk 1 mile a day, increasing after that becomes easy
3. Give 65 per week to HBC
4. Read Bible daily - M'Cheyne Bible and devotion with Joe
5. Develop (seek the Lord for) a heart for repentance and obedience Mark 12:30-31 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: You shall love our neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these.
How to:
1. Keto - plan meals. Don't be too complicated. I will not count veggies in the carbs at first. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible.
2. Walk Rowdie after work.
3. Just do it.
4. Evenings right after supper with Joe for devotion, other wise, first thing in the morning for Bible reading.
5. Repentance/obedience- Seek the Lord to help me to repent of my sin and turn to him for willingness to be obedient. I want to love the Lord my God with all my heart, and all my soul and all my strength and love others. Really, I just want the Lord to be my ONLY god. I have so many little gods that get in the way.
Since last year, I've lost 2 lbs, but have gained 6.25 overall inches. I'm fluffier.
